Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in CRM analytics in the gambling/betting industry is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/KNIME, and analytical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of player bonuses and incentivesAbility to work with large datasets and turn them into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in optimizing and improving CRM campaigns based on data analysis.
