Your team

You will be working in the CAP AI team, part of Cyber Detection Services. You’ll manage a small team of machine learning engineers, working together to develop advanced AI solutions that enhance the security posture of the firm. Our team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, tackling a wide range of cybersecurity use cases while ensuring our models are innovative, scalable, and compliant. At our core, we value collaboration, creativity, and innovation. You’ll find a diverse team with different experiences, but all passionate about using AI for cyber detection and make a meaningful impact.

Your expertise

• a passion for both technology and leadership, backed by respective industry experience.
• MSc/PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning, etc.
• proven experience in machine learning/AI model development, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity applications.
• practical experience and knowhow in the cyber security field (research, threat hunting, CTI, SOC, SOC automation,…), demonstrable respective know-how, ideally through security certifications.
• programming skills in Python and practical experience with at least one of its mainstream deep learning framework (preferably PyTorch).
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills when dealing with complex issues and the ability to take personal ownership and drive remediation.
• knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures (Azure or equivalent).
• excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and guide your team to success.
• ability to deliver practical, scalable solutions and drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
• a team player who is always professional and has people skills
• capable of understanding the needs of stakeholders and of converting requests into products and services
• fuent in English with the ability to describe complex concepts and technologies with simple explanations.
