Integrated Insights & Strategy Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Integrated Insights & Strategy Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze market trends, sales data, and business performance metrics to generate insights that drive strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and research, to support business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret pharmaceutical market data to provide actionable insights.

• Develop reports and dashboards using analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• Support forecasting, sales performance analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives.

• Assist in identifying key trends in healthcare and pharmaceutical markets.

• Work with internal teams to optimize business strategies based on data findings.

• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while working with large datasets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of SQL or Python, as well as DataIku or related.

• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
