Job Description

Summary

The Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional main data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, and managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake as the foundation for world-class business intelligence, analysis and reporting. Our team members are spread out between Chile, Malaysia, UK and the US.

An exciting opportunity has risen to join the Client team dedicated to ensuring our client master data is comprehensive, current and of the highest data quality, while driving standardization across the regions and looking for ways to increase efficiency in the data maintenance process. This team will ensure and support our global data and business intelligence strategy. You will report to the Client Master Data Management Team Lead located in Chile.

What you'll do:

As a Client Master Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain client data in our global CRM system.
  • Follow Global Data Quality and Data Management best practices, documented processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain the data following the established Service level agreements, supporting ad-hoc and bulk requests and working with the Sales and Sales Operations Teams.
  • Support any assigned internal projects, orienting and proposing solutions to problems.
  • Perform auditing, cleansing and deduplication, reviewing the data for completeness and validity ensuring that data policies turn into practice.
  • Resolve data quality issues, when processing, monitoring, researching, conducting and measuring data improvements.
  • Document and formalize data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering , Data Science, Business Administration with an emphasis on Information Systems or related.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data management tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Demonstrate rapid learning capabilities and logical thinking.
  • Flexible working hours due to clients and support teams in multiple time zones. and ability to work in a virtual small team environment, with knowledge of CRM systems/Salesforce as an ideal.
