The Position

Are you passionate about transforming raw data into powerful insights? As a Data Analyst, you'll navigate through complex data ecosystems from sources like SalesForce Sales & Service and ERP systems, seamlessly integrating them to create a unified data landscape. You'll spearhead the development of scalable data processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate cutting-edge analytics tools, and craft insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic business decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) development within a Microsoft SQL environment.

Your role will be critical in partnering with finance, sales, service, and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goals, acting as a data management expert and effectively communicating your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, your dedication to data protection and privacy compliance will ensure our business information remains secure and trustworthy.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and manage data integration workflows using SQL Integration Services.
• Develop multidimensional cubes and tabular models in SQL Analysis Services.
• Generate and distribute reports using SQL Reporting Services.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Work with large datasets and ensure data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all BI systems.
• Continuously improve BI processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience with Snowflake database.
• Preferred: Experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data structures in SAP.
