We are seeking a visionary and analytical Lead of Digital Measurement and Data Science to join our team in Cambridge, United States. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our data science initiatives, driving insights and innovation across our digital platforms.
- Develop and implement advanced data science strategies to optimize digital measurement and analytics
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Design and execute complex statistical analyses, machine learning models, and predictive algorithms
- Oversee the development of robust data pipelines and ETL processes
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in data science and digital analytics
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their technical and analytical skills
- Contribute to the company's overall data strategy and digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing analytics and e-commerce
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of driving data-driven decision making and delivering measurable business impact
- Experience in customer behavior analysis and predictive modeling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to emerging technologies
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $139,000 - $186,000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
