Job Description: 

Your role requires a validation mindset and an affinity for validating and debugging various client AI usages on complex systems. The role is that of a black box validation engineer who can write test cases, validate them, and debug AI inferencing on client IPs. Validating and debugging end-user applications and E2E usages for functional accuracy, power and performance, user experience, and subjective quality. This role requires good Automation and scripting skillset The job role requires a good understanding of AI/ML concepts (computer vision usages), inferencing frameworks, hardware and software system stacks, and Windows subsystems. Able to work with hardware, firmware, bios, and OS teams to ensure the functionality of the client AI/ML features and their usage and user experiences. The ability to identify flaws and vulnerabilities, debug, and suggest mitigations is an important part of the role. Your work includes teamwork and collaboration for validation, defect isolation, finding functional and performance bottlenecks, and working with the development team (hardware, firmware, bios, drivers, OS, etc.) for resolution.

Qualifications:

Job roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Understand program requirements, plan and drive integration and validation of AI/ML functionalities, performance and usages on Intel client hardware
Create system validation plan for GPU/NPU AI and execute. Develop test suites for new features and optimize
Debug and root cause issues, drive technical discussions with stake holders including ISVs issues resolution meeting schedule with quality
Engage with various cross functional teams like design, architecture, firmware, ISVs and other pre/post silicon HW/SW teams to gather AI subsystem requirements and BKMs
Automate Workflows and validating using Automation Framework and Scripting

Job Qualifications:

Candidate should have B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics stream with more than 3+ years of industry experience
Candidate Should have a Strong Embedded Systems Knowledge
Excellent Presentation and Communication Skill is Mandatory.
Prior working knowledge AI hardware accelerators like GPU, NPU is preferred
Basic understanding of AI Concepts, Neural networks and Gen-AI Concepts like LLM, Stable Diffusion, RAGs etc..) and its applications/usages is a must.
Candidate should be well versed with C, C++, Python programming.
Candidate should be have good understanding of UI automation frameworks , git and python scripting.
Candidate should have good concept of Automation framework like Selenium and Power Automate
Good understanding of Multimedia, Graphics 3D and Display
Basic understanding of AI Concepts, Neural networks, LLMs/Stable Diffusion and its applications/usages is a must
Basic understanding of AI model optimization, pipelining and performance evaluation
Prior experience in validating AI inferencing frameworks (Openvino, ONNX and DirectML) is a plus
Prior experience in Power and Performance validation with Performance Hotspot detection using ETL is mandatory
Graphics, Multimedia Debug and Understanding Graphics ETL logs.
Prior experience with resolving TDRs, BSODs, Windows Crash is a must.
Proficiency in debug tools and/or methodologies is mandatory (WinDbg, Trace tools, PythonSV)
Good understanding of Intel PC hardware and Knowledge of computer architecture, CPU, SoC, chipsets, BIOS, Firmware, Drivers, and others
Good understanding about Windows OS internals and Windows drivers. (user mode/Kernel mode).
Basic understanding of windows applications, frameworks, drivers, SW stack and FW components like bios/fw is mandatory
