The ERP DML Developer will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by empowering end-users and enhancing our Aptean Ross environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a passion for user satisfaction. You will work closely with end-users and executive management, taking the time to understand their specific needs and challenges, providing expert technical support, and developing tailored solutions to improve our overall experience with the Ross ERP system. This is a REMOTE position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
User Support: Provide expert technical support to end-users, understanding their needs and challenges, and developing tailored support and solutions to improve their experience with the Ross ERP system.
System Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Ross environment through DML development and a variety of other technical tasks.
Collaboration Focus: Work closely with end-users, taking the time to understand their specific needs and challenges.
Solution Development: Develop tailored solutions to address user challenges and improve their experience with the Ross ERP system.
Technical Expertise: Apply technical expertise in DML development and other relevant areas to maintain and enhance the Ross environment.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and performance of the Ross system.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have tenured experience in Aptean Ross; both in support and software development roles.
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- Bachelors Degree or related experience (5+years)
- Proven Aptean Ross experience is required
- Proficiency in DML Programming
- Strong SQL skills
- A demonstrated understanding of how technology can be leveraged as a competitive differentiator.
- Have well developed verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to travel.
PREFERRED
- Previous experience in Chemical manufacturing.
