Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.   


As an Associate Technical Data Analyst, Product on Engrain’s Product team, you will support the analysis, alignment, and maintenance of our data schemas and partner integrations. You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and experienced data analysts to ensure data consistency and assist in building product integrations that drive value for our clients and partners. This is an entry-level to early career role, ideal for someone eager to learn technical skills, gain experience in product operations, and grow within a fast-moving SaaS environment.


What you'll do...

  • Data Review & Validation: Assist in reviewing data structures and partner data schemas to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrations.
  • API & Integration Support: Help test API endpoints, review request/response data, and support troubleshooting efforts alongside senior team members.
  • Documentation & Organization: Maintain clear and organized documentation of data schemas, integration processes, and partner requirements.
  • Partner & Internal Support: Provide assistance to partners and internal teams by answering data-related questions and escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
  • Learning & Development: Actively grow your knowledge of API integrations, data structures, automations, and the multifamily real estate industry.

Requirements

What you offer us....

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or analytical field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience working with data in a technical, analytical, or implementation support role (internships, project work, or entry-level experience welcome)
  • Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, or CSV
  • Basic understanding of SQL or other data querying languages, and familiarity with Python for data manipulation
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about APIs, data integration, and technical product workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A collaborative mindset and an interest in cross-functional teamwork
  • Experience with multifamily or real estate industry is a plus but not required

What we offer you...

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $58,000 to $70,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate’s experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
