Overview

We're looking for a HRIS Data Analyst to join our team. You will report directly to the Director of HR Technology. Your primary responsibility is to learn the various business requirements and performance drivers, then gather data from various systems in an efficient, repeatable process, reporting it in the various formats needed to meet team, stakeholder, and leadership needs to monitor the compliance, efficiency, clinical quality, continuous improvement of business operations. 

• Serves as a subject matter expert on the ways the organization collects, reports, and uses its data bycollaborating with various specialty teams, such as IT/SQL, HRIS, Revenue, etc.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation associated with data capture, analysis and reporting procedures
• Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.
• Provides daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as requested

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or the equivalent years related work experience
• Experience with various programming languages
• Experience working with hospice and/or home health operations preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel to include Power query and/or macros
