Position overview
We are looking for a Data Management Process Domain Lead to join our global Data Management team and take ownership of one of our key data processes—C2C, S2S, F2F, Finance, or Quality. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data in our ERP systems. You will coordinate master data updates, drive process improvements, and be the go-to expert for data-related inquiries within your assigned area.

Responsibilities
- Act as a key advisor and coordinator for the Data Management team on process and data setup issues.
- Ensure data stewardship by collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and maintain master data.
- Serve as the primary contact for data-related issues, process improvements, and governance within the assigned domain.
- Coordinate DM sub-group including training, coaching, and advising on process and data matters.
- Maintain and update work instructions, process flows, and templates.
- Drive and implement data cleansing activities, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Participate in system enhancements, including testing and ERP rollouts (SAP).
- Work closely with IT, Global Business Services (GBS), and other process leads to document and implement data governance policies.
- Analyse key metrics to measure and improve data quality.
- Prepare and execute complex queries, mass data changes, and LSMW uploads in ERP systems.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in an ERP-supported environment, preferably in master data management.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, and ERP data architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP, LSMW, Excel, PowerBI
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data governance and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and drive process improvements.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global, multicultural environment.
