Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a driven and detail-focused individual to join our dynamic international team as an ESG Data Reporting Trainee. The ideal candidate will actively participate in diverse projects related to ESG initiatives, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Participate in various ESG reporting activities:
- Support the Head of ESG Data Reporting to manage relationships with the main stakeholders with reference to ESG matters.
- Preparation of reporting activities towards rating agencies (e.g. GRESB).
Participate in the definition of the new ESG data reporting process:
- Monitor the main ESG regulatory updates and reporting framework changes (e.g. CSRD, TCFD, ESRS, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards).
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards/visualizations, and analytical tools.
Support the preparation of the Annual Sustainability Report in collaboration with Sustainability Dept:
- Provide pro-active support in communicating ESG and sustainability-related activities and achievements also through social media throughout the year in collaboration with Sustainability Dept.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any field related to sustainability/ESG topics.
- Essential a good knowledge and understanding of the English language: strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and international work environment.
