Senior Business Operations Specialist needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to complete end to end solution design, configure, implement, and utilize data analytics, and perform solution testing. Participate in process and business requirement sessions with clients and document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices. Work with clients to identify and collect data including historical sales, shipment, inventory, and logistics
from databases and Excel. Convert business logic into technical platform design by applying knowledge of platform infrastructure. Work closely with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements, and build complex datasets. Configure technical specification documents and tools per designs to solve deep operations and supply chain problems and institute performance monitoring systems. Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data. Provide business insights and data visualization to clients. Utilize statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Create models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans. Work with internal research and development teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment. Create and execute workflows and data analytics test-cases, document issues, and track the resolution progress of

issues. Design and implement testing protocols in order to automate testing. Work with client, cross- functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of projects.

Plan, develop, and deliver Super User and End User training for a global user base. Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver large scale enterprise implementations. Apply advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, Microsoft Word
and Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. Utilize SQL Server and MySQL databases. Use SQL, T-SQL, and MDX. Improve tactical and operational planning using Linear Programming (LP), Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO), and Heuristic Solver. Use Python and R to build machine
learning models that predict demand across plants and customers and solve business challenges in the supply chain. Travel required.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Operations Management, Information Management, or Business Analytics and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year
of experience in a related occupation completing end to end solution design, configuring, implementing, and utilizing data analytics, and performing solution testing; working with clients to identify and collect data including
historical sales, shipment, inventory, and logistics from databases and Excel; using mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data; utilizing statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL); creating and executing workflows and
data analytics test-cases, documenting issues, and tracking the resolution progress of issues; designing and implementing testing protocols in order to automate testing; utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver large scale
enterprise implementations; applying advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Google Docs, and Microsoft
