Job overview:

As our Senior Business Consultant/Manager – Analytics you will be a key player in driving business insights and growth strategies using data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Monetization to unlock opportunities, optimize performance, and influence business decisions with data-driven insights.

• Gurgaon

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, gather requirements, and translate them into analytical frameworks.
   

• Own and drive high-impact analytical projects end-to-end, from scoping to execution to presenting actionable insights.
   

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and SQL to enable data-driven decision-making.
   

• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and key drivers across product performance, user behavior, and monetization.
   

• Work on business models and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
   

• Guide junior analysts and support business teams in interpreting and using data effectively.
   

Qualifications & skills required:

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analytics, preferably in a gaming or product-based company.
   

• Strong proficiency in SQL – able to work with large, complex datasets independently.
   

• Experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) for dashboarding and storytelling with data.
   

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and recommend practical, data-backed solutions.
   

• Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs in consumer tech or gaming environments.
   

• Exceptional communication skills – ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
   

• Experience in A/B testing, retention, churn, and cohort analysis.
   

• Understanding of product funnels and user lifecycle in gaming or mobile app environments.
