Job Description
Data Driven Applications
- Design, implement and maintain data products based on business requirements.
- Apply domain specific knowledge to derive business insights from data.
- Be a part of OESL’s data strategy, supporting our business and IT stakeholders in gaining data driven insights.
- Work with cutting-edge data warehousing technologies, tools, and services to shape the future of OESL's data driven decision making capabilities.
Implementation and Optimization
- Implement and maintain IT-managed reporting use cases end-to-end (from data curation to report creation).
- Continuously support business and IT stakeholders in gaining data driven insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor supporting users of our data products with your expertise.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure data usage is compliant and in line with relevant policies and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to foster strong partnerships in the domain of data warehousing and reporting.

Qualifications
We’re seeking a skilled Data Analyst to implement and maintain our Data Driven Applications and Data Products. Key skills and expertise include:
- Data Analysis: Highly motivated to understand data from different sources and domains, work on harmonization and common reporting strategies.
- Communication: Benefit from your strong communication skills and collaborative attitude when working in cross-functional teams.
- Data Driven Applications: Experience with design, setup and operation of reporting use-cases (e.g. based on Power BI) or data processing pipelines.
- Data Governance & Security: Familiarity with central regulations (e.g. GDPR) and common data governance approaches.
- Agile and DevOps: Knowledge of collaborative workflows and modern deployment practices.
