Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the organization by collecting, implementing, and analyzing data sets in various functions to develop data driven solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
• Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary / secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on-time.
• Understand the business, innovate new data driven solutions to help the business minimize risk and seize improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other functions in order to provide predictable analysis in identified areas.
• Understand the data & information needs and assist to create a robust date collation & analytical framework to support the business.
• Learn/ use and share knowledge on latest data management & data visualization tools and techniques with the management team to bring newness into the function.
• Liaise with Cooperate Data science team and keep update with process and new system and implementation at Aqua end.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Statistics & data science.
• Minimum 1-year Experience in Data Analytics or relevant area.
• Skills in Advance Excel/Power BI/Data Base Development.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Teamwork & Collaboration.
