The role:
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for ML / AI, you will define and scale strategies for our AI-driven automation platform, focusing on how our ML models extract, classify, and manage structured and unstructured data at enterprise scale. You will play a critical role in shaping thought leadership, positioning, and messaging, and the Go-to-Market engine at Hyperscience. You’ll also focus on simplifying and refining our ML and generative AI messaging for our target buyer personas, and articulating how the different elements of the Hyperscience Hypercell platform evolve based on the latest developments in the AI space and ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning: develop messaging for Hyperscience’s ML-powered document processing solutions, tailoring narratives for industries like financial services, insurance, and the public sector.
  • Product launches: bring new ML model capabilities to market, ensuring successful internal enablement and external adoption.
  • Market strategy: conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to differentiate in the intelligent automation space.
  • Bringing clarity to complexity: partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex ML features into clear customer benefits and value propositions. 
  • Sales enablement: build scalable resources to support enterprise sales cycles (ROI calculators, case studies, solution briefs).
  • Thought leadership: create content that showcases Hyperscience’s ML innovations - whitepapers, webinars, and conference keynotes.
  • Product marketing performance: Monitor pipeline impact, product usage growth, and field team feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience with complex, technical products
  • Proven track record marketing AI/ML products, intelligent automation platforms, or enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML software market, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
  • Skilled at collaborating with technical teams and simplifying concepts like OCR, NLP, LLMs, VLMs, and model training
  • Strong grasp of the fast-evolving generative AI ecosystem
  • Excellent storytelling skills across industries and buyer personas
  • Demonstrated success driving go-to-market strategies and partnering with Sales/Field teams to enable adoption and revenue growth
The target base compensation range for this role: $124,000 - $185,000.  Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives.  Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity and the benefits and perks listed below.
