Senior Deep Learning Engineer with focus on LLMs (m/f/d)

Your Role

• Senior Deep Learning Engineer with focus on LLMs (m/f/d) in our R&D projects with engineering teams of 2-5 people
• Researching and building real AI and LLM solutions for a wide range of industries and for different use cases - from a first PoC and MVP to fully operating applications
• Defining the right tech stack and setting up the architecture for the projects by following a two-weekly Scrum process using GitLab, Jira, Slack, Continuous Integration & Delivery, etc.
• Mentoring and coaching engineers on LLM topics and Multi-Agent Systems, making sure we build high quality products
• Constantly improving our Enterprise AI Business Unit and building up knowledge by introducing new tools, best practices or frameworks and sharing learnings from our projects

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering with focus on AI or in similar disciplines and at least 2-5 years of track record in agile software development
• Deep know how in Large Language Models and design and implementation of Multi-Agent Systems as well as state-of-the-art Deep Learning & Machine Learning approaches & models (e.g. in Reinforcement Learning, GANs, Graph Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers etc.)
• Strong experience in Python and with various libraries/frameworks (e.g. numpy, scipy, pandas, sklearn, Tensorflow, PyTorch etc.)
• Experience in engineering and architectural practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications/digital products
• Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions for our clients
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development, interest in learning new tech stacks and strong command of English language (both verbal and written), German is a plus
