GenAI Product Owner for Agent Foundry

Join Danske Bank as we drive the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) across the bank. We are seeking a visionary Product Owner to lead the Agent Foundry at Danske Bank. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to further develop and accelerate deployment of AI agents and GenAI solution across the bank, by delivering agent frameworks and agent tools.  

You will work closely with the management team to ensure releases align with our vision and strategic goals. As the Agent Foundry Product Owner, you will ensure product increments and releases support the mid-to-long-term strategy and collaborate with program management to build and deliver the Product Roadmap and Vision. 

The Role 

As the Product Owner, you will establish the vision, goals, and success metrics for your squad, fully owning the squad roadmap to ensure alignment with business priorities. You will lead a cross-functional team in the development and deployment of Agent tools and Agent Frameworks, that Agent can use in Danske Bank. In your team you will collaborate with full-stack developers, data engineers, data scientists, AWS SMEs and stakeholders to detail your requirements and bring these tools into production.  

• Analyze market trends to shape strategic product development plans within the Agent space. 

• Support the team by resolving obstacles that hinder their progress towards Release/Sprint Goals. 

• Work with communication teams to ensure a smooth roll-out of features.

We Imagine You Bring 

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner or Project Manager and have a strong technical background in software development.  

• Experience in delivering complex products or projects in large organizations 

• A master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders. 

• Proven history of supporting all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. 

• Knowledge and experience with AWS are beneficial, providing a foundation for leveraging cloud services and tools to enhance product development and delivery. 

• A strong technical understanding in traditional AI and Generative AI is highly valued, as they empower you to effectively lead the development of Agent Tools to collaborate with various technical teams. 

• An interest in staying up to date with technology trends, including knowledge of the current state of AI/ML, LLM, and generative AI. 

• Advanced English skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
