What you’ll be doing 

AI Fist Product Management:

• Using AI tools and techniques for everything - when they’re already mature and helpful, but also when they’re new and unknown … test the limits and learn;
• Working closely with Product Designers and Engineers to identify and deliver new functionality that solves our customers problems;
• Working in a collaborative, AI-first, test & learn, and highly agile manner;
• ProSetting clear expectations with stakeholders and keeping the broader teams informed and inspired;
• Identifying new opportunities with your team by understanding customer, user, and market requirements;
• Striving to create an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the business.

AI Empowered Feature Development:

• Distilling complex needs into effective prompts that ensure customers get more value from our product (AI agents, for example);
• Testing and iterating prompts and prompt chains for your own domains and in collaboration with others - focusing on collaboration and knowledge sharing for this rapidly evolving field (GenAI and how to ensure prompts produce quality results);  
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, determining what is relevant for our product (and product management), and sharing this with your colleagues.

What you’ll bring

• Ability to demonstrate;
• A high level of knowledge and proficiency in writing and optimising prompts for various use cases and with multiple LLMs/model or;
• A a strong base in prompting, a passion for and strong interest in learning more, and the aptitude for rapid test and learn progress;
• High level of English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer centricity and an impact driven mindset.
• An adaptable and pragmatic mindset that allows you to embrace change and prefer progress over perfectionism.
• Experience in SaaS organisation, preferably in a senior role.
• 2+ years’ experience as a product owner or product manager in a SaaS startup or scale-up.
