What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40 million US residents who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 28,500 students and recaptured over $139 million in tuition for our university partners. Today we build regional marketplaces to connect the supply of educational opportunities with the demand for skilled and credentialed workforce professionals.

About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for Learner Solutions, you will uncover barriers preventing adults from furthering their education and address their root causes. You will use that knowledge to lead the development and GTM of our consumer-facing SaaS application to help adult learners accelerate their journey back to school.

You’ll report to the VP of Product & Design and collaborate with design, engineering, data, operations and leadership.  You will also partner with other Product Managers to ensure seamless integration with our solutions for government and higher education institutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager passionate about creating seamless solutions that empower millions of learners.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven company, where you’ll build great products that literally transform people’s lives.

What you'll do

  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of our learner-facing SaaS application.
  • Work closely with users to deeply understand their world and ensure everything we build is rooted in solving their needs.
  • Lead product development from concept to launch
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify risks, develop hypotheses, and validate product decisions
  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to drive feature development in an Agile environment.
  • Work closely with Learner Services (coaching), Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align our product with business goals.
  • Perform analysis on product and feature performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate internally about our progress, upcoming features, roadblocks, etc.
