Team Overview

Being part of the Driver Growth Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to work in a tight-knit team that helps drive growth at one of the fastest growing companies ever. You will launch, build and run DiDi's business in Spanish Speaking LatAm. 

We're a data-driven, impact-focused team at the heart of DiDi's operations. You'll leverage analytical insights and user-centric thinking to launch and scale innovative solutions that fuel our business growth, sustainability and expansion.

This role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking, user-centricity, execution excellence & interpersonal ability. Ideal candidates should be passionate about using data to create insights, make business decisions, and optimize user experience and growth.

Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:   

  • Spearhead online/offline initiatives, incentives, communications, and experimental testing to drive user acquisition and reactivation.

  • Scale innovative growth solutions across multiple LatAm countries, ensuring consistent results

  • Find growth opportunities via experimental testing, UXRs, market intel, and strategic partnerships.

  • Develop playbooks that crystallize our growth strategy, best practices, and capability building

  • Champion operational excellence, driving lean processes, performance tracking, and organizational effectiveness

  • Deliver compelling results reports and strategy presentations to stakeholders.

  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (BI, Marketing, Product, Safety & Security, Legal, GA) to ensure swift and effective project implementation.

 

Role Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in Growth/Marketplace: you’ve got a handle on user acquisition, experimental testing, conversion, habit loops, PMF, GTM, communication strategies, marketplace dynamics, pricing, etc.

  • Leadership: a motivator and influencer, with a talent for building high-performing teams.

  • Go-getter & Problem Solver: you're proactive and resourceful, always finding creative solutions.

  • User Centric: able to understand what users need and want, and how our Value Proposition aligns with that.

  • Data-driven core: passionate about data analytics and programming, proficient in SQL (nice to have: Python, R, Pandas, etc.). You're a spreadsheet whiz and quick to learn new tools.

  • Efficiency ninja: excited by innovation and automation. Always looking for ways to leverage AI and other tools to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

  • Resilient: self-motivated, independent, and take ownership of your work.

  • Effective communicator. Fluent in English & Spanish.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Data Science, Actuary, Economics or a similar field.
