As a Data Analyst I, you will assist in analyzing data, designing workflows, and helping to build out intelligent systems that automate tasks and provide insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams develop and improve AI-driven solutions for the sales and revenue teams needs. The successful candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, and the ability to deliver meaningful insights that help drive productivity.

**This is a hybrid work opportunity at the F5 Tower in Seattle. You must be able to commute to the Tower 30 times per quarter. This is NOT a remote position.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Assist with Data Analysis: Support the gathering, cleansing, and analyzing of data to help inform AI bot designs and improvements.
  • Create and Maintain Dashboards: Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards that track the performance and success of our GTM teams.
  • Research & Learn New Technologies: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and business intelligence to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
  • Collaborate on AI Bot Development: Work to build, test, and improve AI bots and agents that automate and optimize business processes.
  • Monitor AI Systems: Help track and analyze the performance of AI bots and agents, identifying areas for improvement or adjustment.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business leaders, data analysts, sales and revenue operation teams, and IT to ensure that systems meet business needs and goals.
  • Document & Provide Feedback: Document processes and workflows, providing feedback and insights to improve the functionality of intelligent systems.

How do you qualify?

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation technologies is a plus but not required.

Skills, Attributes, Behaviors

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic programming knowledge in languages like Python, SQL, or R is a plus.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), or similar fields.

The annual base pay for this position is: $61,580.00 - $92,370.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
