Test Engineers for Web Applications (Big data and IoT systems)

We are looking for skilled Test Engineers to assist a valued client with projects related to web applications, big data, and IoT systems. This engagement serves as an initial step toward a potential long-term partnership. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software & Hardware Integration: Ensure seamless operation of components across IoT, big data, web portals, and mobile applications.
• Testing Strategies & Execution: Design comprehensive test plans, define test cases, program automated GUI and system tests, and execute both manual and automated testing.
• Automation Implementation: Develop automated cross-platform tests utilizing advanced no-code tools like Leapwork.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the client’s team to refine test strategies and continuously enhance test automation by leveraging GenAI tools such as Copilot.
• Test Evaluation: Analyze test results and log identified issues in the error database.

 Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in software development and IoT projects.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies (ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level or similar) and test automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, or C#, along with experience in API integration and Azure DevOps build/release pipelines, is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database queries, Kusto, or comparable technologies.
• Basic exposure to automated HIL test system hardware setup and an understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) is beneficial.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with German language skills being an added advantage.
