You’ll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to create AI-driven features that provide real value to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI seamlessly into our applications.
• Improve cost and performance efficiency through advanced techniques like vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to the overall AI and machine learning strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs and apply best practices to our products.
• Conduct rigorous testing, experimentation, and evaluation to ensure high-quality AI implementations.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.)
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and text representation methods.
• Expertise in ML frameworks and tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
• Experience with backend technologies (NodeJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to optimize LLM-powered features for cost and performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn research into scalable solutions
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset and passion for innovation.
