Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive the development and deployment of advanced analytical models, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. Your work will be crucial in enhancing our AI solutions and ensuring that we deliver top-tier data-driven products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling:
  Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources.
  Design, develop, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Algorithm & Model Development:
  Research and implement innovative approaches for solving business challenges.
  Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate analytical models into production environments.
  Communicate insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and reports.
• Deployment & Maintenance:
  Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain models in a cloud environment (experience with AWS is a plus).
  Monitor model performance over time and implement improvements based on feedback and evolving business needs.
• Innovation:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning, and continuously explore new technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a demonstrable record of delivering robust analytical solutions.

- Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data wrangling techniques.

- Cloud & Data Infrastructure:

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and familiarity with deploying data solutions at scale.

- Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaboration:

Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, contributing both technical and strategic insights.

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration/deployment of ML models.

- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.

- Prior exposure to end-to-end product development in an agile environment.
