About the job 

As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll develop data models and visually engaging dashboards to track performance, understand user behaviour, and measure the impact of new initiatives. This role is perfect for an analytical thinker with a passion for data, a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, and strong experience in data visualization and analytics tools.

What you will be doing

• Analyzing performance and trends using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and financial data.
• Creating user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards to support business decisions.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business.
• Evaluating user behavior patterns based on product feature data to optimize performance.
• Utilizing analytical techniques to project the impact of new partnerships or features.
• Combining multiple data sources to assess user and player journeys across different platforms.

What Would Make You a Great Fit?

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics (GA4, 360), BigQuery, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Sisense.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry and general sports trends is a strong advantage.
• Bonus: Familiarity with R or Python and experience in marketing analytics.
