For anyone in the Data Analysis field - this is the place to learn. To grow. And to thrive.
Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting crucial data to inform strategic business decisions, sourcing and compiling key insights that drive organisational success. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Third Party business performance and as a client facing role, you will work directly with our clients, impacting customer satisfaction and sales growth, while also optimising team processes to support major initiatives. You'll be instrumental in pioneering new approaches, ensuring seamless and highly efficient workflows.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with multiple teams to devise impactful strategies and deliver innovative solutions to our Third Party partners. This position is ideal for those with a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
About you

Your experience in data analysis within a retail setting, coupled with your proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, and ideally Databricks, will be invaluable in generating and enhancing insights for impactful decision-making. You'll be comfortable managing a fast-paced workload, utilizing your technical expertise, and demonstrating your mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to identify discrepancies and devise actionable solutions. Strong planning and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be adapting to evolving business needs.
You'll bring a positive and flexible approach, along with energy and precision to every task, and possess the ability to lead and shape the role, identifying inefficiencies, errors, and proposing solutions for streamlined workflows and long-term success. As a natural collaborator, you will excel in building relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and peers, fostering collaborative environments for innovative ideas to thrive.
