Your responsibilities as a Business Consultant ...

• As a Business Consultant, you put the client's needs first, always keep the data strategy in mind and help your colleagues to become more aware about the importance of data quality. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
• Translating the data management foundations into clear deliverables, being in tooling, data governance and data profiling. 
• Involving your stakeholders in every step of the above-mentioned deliverables.
• Shaping the backlog together with the Product Owner and experienced partners by translating the vision on data management in working packages.
• Supporting and coaching colleagues in- and outside of the team, acting as a data ambassador.
• Proactively communicating and keeping colleagues engaged about the main initiatives in data management.
• Your analyses. You are an expert towards internal stakeholders on the topics of your analyses. This translates into well-documented and up-to-date processes, workflows, specifications,...

• You have a prior experience in master data management. 
• You have experience in functional and business analysis (5-7 years), feeling comfortable to dive into the IT systems and connecting with the business.
• You are analytical and solution-oriented, you can include both the bigger picture and smallest detail in your decision-making.
• You take ownership, work autonomously and have a healthy dose of self-knowledge.
• You are familiar with working in a dynamic project environment, using agile methodologies and adapting to company-specific governance.
