What you need

  • Master Data majors targeted: Big Data, Databases, Management, Innovation Management or related field

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree

  • Commitment to a 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week

  • Language requirement: fluent in English & nice to have: German, Spanish, Italian or French

  • Must be eligible to work legally in Poland

Opportunities available

As a Discover Vendor Master Data intern, you will:

  • Process incoming requests in alignment with SLA requirements, policies, and guidelines

  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with various departments and proactively manage stakeholder relationships

  • Maintain a quality-focused culture within the team

  • Prepare and maintain relevant SOX controls and documentation

  • Perform tasks within the scope of services, including Vendor and Employee Master Data Maintenance, Chart of Accounts updates, intercompany Vendor/Customer maintenance, and project code management
