The Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and AI Agent technologies. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that streamline business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration
• Develop machine learning models and algorithms to analyze data and generate predictive insights
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents capable of achieving specific goals within enterprise environments
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI and automation tools and platforms
• Maintain and optimize existing AI solutions to ensure performance and scalability
• Conduct research on emerging AI and automation trends and technologies to stay ahead of industry advancements
• Provide technical expertise and support for AI and automation projects, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Document development processes, code, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity

Required Education, Experience, and Skills   

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field and/or Technical certification with at least 2+ years of AI experience.
• AI/ML and Automation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced skills in programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++, are essential.
• AI/ML: A robust understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, LangChain, other Agentic frameworks Swarm, Crew.ai
• Generative AI Knowledge: A solid grasp of Generative AI architecture with hands-on experience in Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Llama, and Claude.
• Cloud Services Acumen: A good familiarity with cloud services like AWS and Azure, particularly their AI/ML offerings.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes
• Certification in AI, machine learning.
• Experience in Pharma industry is a plus
