As a Product Analytics Intern in Fulfillment Core, you will be part of a team working on a Fulfillment Platform, critical internal facing, and data-driven products. All these products are designed to help Zalando and our partners to offer premium fulfillment to customers. You will support our team in building the required infrastructure that will enable us to track key metrics and derive actionable insights through dashboards and ETL Pipelines. You will collaborate with other analysts, product managers, software engineers, and a network of stakeholders to develop scalable analytics products and contribute to shaping KPIs throughout the product platform. Your contributions will shape interesting new projects and influence the future of Fulfillment at Zalando.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Design and build interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, Microstrategy and ensure dashboards provide actionable insights by collaborating with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to process and transform data efficiently ; Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across all pipelines.

• Work with SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks).

• Document project requirements clearly to align with engineering and product teams.

• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.

• Analyze data trends to identify areas for product and operational enhancements.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics or a related field with strong analytical components.

• You have intermediate to expert proficiency in SQL AND(OR) Python (or other relevant programming languages).

• You have some familiarity with Libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Scipy (would be a plus, not a must have)

• You have some familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

• Basic understanding of ETL processes and cloud data platforms is a plus but not a Must-have

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
