Job Description

• You will help develop mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
• You will assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery.
• You will be a project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
• You will conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
• You will manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
• You will prepare and process program billing.
• Provide technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
• Provide user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.

You will report to the Business Implementation Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 2 – 3 years Customer Service related experience.
• Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes. ·
• Knowledge of PC office software tools.
• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Intermediate
• Knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL
• Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
