WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Box's AI platform is at the heart of our strategy to revolutionize content management. To realize the full potential of this platform, we need a Product Marketing Manager who can act as a technical voice for the market. This role will be responsible for translating Box’s AI capabilities into compelling demos, code samples and marketing collateral for developers and business users alike. The successful candidate will possess a combination of passion for AI, deep technical understanding, marketing savvy, and the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and with our partner ecosystem, to drive platform awareness, adoption and success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead comprehensive evaluations and benchmarking of Box's AI platform models and services, documenting performance and capabilities for both internal and external audiences.

Develop and execute a content strategy for the AI platform, targeting developers, that includes technical blog posts, documentation, code samples, video demos, and social media engagement.

Drive co-marketing initiatives with strategic AI partners to expand the reach and adoption of the AI platform, including joint content creation, webinars, and event participation.

Partner with Comms (PR & Social) to drive influencer promotion of Box’s AI platform offerings

Create content including webpages, decks, blogs and more to define and describe Box’s AI platform

Maintain deep expertise in the AI platform landscape, continuously monitoring trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product and marketing strategies.

Act as the internal champion and subject matter expert for the AI platform, representing the voice of the developer and providing technical guidance to internal teams.

Develop strategies to increase developer adoption of our AI platform to grow API consumption.
WHO YOU ARE
-
You have 5 years of experience in a customer or developer facing role, with a demonstrable track record of success with technical products or developer tools.

You are passionate about AI and the underlying technology behind how AI works. A willingness to dive deep into technical details, stay on top of current market trends, and become a subject matter expert is crucial.

You understand product marketing principles and have experience building go-to-market strategies, partner relationships, or technical content.

You are analytical and have a curious mindset. You know how to interpret data, identify trends, draw actionable insights and package all of it into marketing content.

You’re a great storyteller with excellent communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive narratives including presenting information effectively to diverse audiences, including developers.

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
