Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional GTM Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Build ample scalable, efficient, reliable, easy to consume front end dashboards, within our BI application Sigma Computing, to empower Workato teams to deliver optimal outcomes   

  • Assume ownership of core dashboards and exploratory reports, ensuring their continuous maintenance and enhancement as business needs evolve.

  • Provide comprehensive documentation for each dashboard to support posterity, troubleshooting, resiliency, and self service efforts

  • Balance quick ad hoc request delivery with the development and implementation of long term scalable solutions 

  • Partner closely with our data engineering team to ensure dashboards are built on optimal data table architecture

  • Serve as subject matter expert on all key CS data points across core CS teams such as Customer Success Management, Onboarding, and Technical Consulting

  • Collaborate with internal Customer Success leaders and users to identify their pain points and collaboratively solve experience gaps for our customers

  • Partner with product teams to drive improvements in data availability and quality

  • Evolve our systems to support ideal data capture and resiliency 

  • Conduct exploratory analysis to provide additional perspective around key business data points

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of meaningful data analysis experience, preferably within SaaS or relatable analytical backgrounds. 

  • Customer Success Operations experience preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization software, preferably Sigma Computing; familiarity with other tools such as Looker and Tableau is also acceptable

  • Experience working with Snowflake 

  • Advance Excel knowledge with strong capability in data manipulation and analysis

  • Basic knowledge of SQL with a willingness to learn and develop additional technical skills as needed; experience with SQL is a plus

  • Proficient in predictive modeling and forecasting 

  • Excellent quantitative skills with experience analyzing SaaS adoption and retention metrics

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled at creating material for an executive audience; skilled at converting business requirements into consumable material

For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $120,000 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity.
