Role and Responsibilities:

Nym is looking for a Medical Data Analyst to join our growing Professional Services group, reporting to our Solutions Squad Lead. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the experience of our growing customer base post-launch and be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our product, ensuring high coding standards, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

As a Medical Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and understand clients’ business objectives and needs while customizing Nym’s Clinical language understanding engine accordingly.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, identify and recommend fixes and improvements, and proactively resolve alerts and escalated tickets.
• Work with our multidisciplinary customer success and R&D teams (software engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product team, data analysts, and medical coders).

Requirements

• Proven experience in a clinical environment or a healthcare facility, including familiarity with medical charts and medical terminology or familiarity with Revenue cycle / USA EHRs
• Proven ability in conducting analytical work, utilizing data-driven insights to solve complex problems, and paying attention to details
• SQL or Pandas skills are a must
• Familiarity with Python
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken, including medical terms
• Advantage - experience in project management and documentation skills
