Data Collection and Management: Gather and manage procurement data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings.
Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics, such as spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis. Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement team members, suppliers, ISC, IT and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Develop data management capability in the wider ISC organization, that where possible deliver solutions that allow for self-service analytics.
Tool Utilization: Utilize procurement and data analysis tools to streamline data collection and analysis processes. Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure data practices comply with company policies and industry regulations. Identify and mitigate risks related to data management and analysis.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Process Mining, Python).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex analyses.
Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

Desired qualifications
Min 5 years in a multinational with at least 2 years working with Data Analytics
3rd level qualification in Numeric/Mathematical discipline (e.g. Finance, BIS, Engineering or Supply Chain), with a thorough understanding of Supply Chain Operations and data analytics
