The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis concepts and an eagerness to learn tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL. This role will support data-driven decision-making by assisting with data collection, reporting, and visualization projects.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Reporting- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support the development and maintenance of Excel models, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
- Help design and create basic reports and dashboards in Power BI under guidance from senior analysts.
- Analyze trends and patterns in data to support decision-making processes.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations.
- Assist in managing and maintaining data repositories, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Learn and apply automation techniques to improve data processes using Excel and Power Query.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide support in developing solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance data analysis and visualization skills.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Provide recommendations for improving data quality and reporting processes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools).
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts (preferred but not required).
