Build Scalable Data Architectures
Design and implement robust data systems that support real-time decision-making for high-volume applications.
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Azure-based data platforms.
Ensure data systems are reliable, secure, and future-proof for evolving business needs.
Lead Data Optimization and Reliability Initiatives
Optimize complex queries and data processes to improve performance and reduce latency.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability across multiple pipelines and systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, implementing proactive solutions to avoid service disruptions.
Drive Cloud Migrations and Modernization
Lead the migration of legacy on-premise systems to modern, cloud-native Azure or Microsoft Fabric architectures.
Ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime and high data fidelity.
Develop Advanced ELT Pipelines
Build and maintain real-time ELT data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Implement data flows that enable immediate data accessibility and eliminate traditional batch processing bottlenecks.
Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to understand strategic goals.
Design scalable tabular data models (DAX/AAS) aligned with business KPIs and growth targets.
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring outcomes are measurable and impactful.

1. Azure Data Services
Azure Data Factory (ADF) – Pipeline development, data flows, triggers, monitoring
Azure Analysis Services (AAS) / SSAS – Tabular models, DAX, partitioning, RLS
Microsoft Fabric – Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Notebooks (Spark/Python), OneLake
Azure Synapse Analytics (Optional) – SQL Pools (dedicated/serverless), Spark Pools, Synapse Pipelines
Azure Databricks (Optional) – Delta Lake, Spark optimization, ML integration
2. SQL & Data Warehousing
SQL Server & T-SQL – Query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, CDC
Data Warehouse Design – Star/snowflake schemas, SCDs, fact/dimension tables
ETL/ELT Development – SSIS, ADF mappings, incremental loading strategies
3. BI & Reporting
Power BI – DAX, Power Query, dataset optimization
SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) – Paginated reports, subscriptions (optional but preferred)
