Senior Power BI Data Analytics and Visualization Analyst

We’re looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Power BI Data Analytics and Visualization to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for supporting the data visualization efforts by developing and maintaining compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Senior Director, Workforce Management Optimization & Quality Assurance, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data visualizations

Responsibilities

• Data Visualization and Reporting:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders. Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all visualizations.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data models and ensure data reliability.

• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in data visualizations.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data visualization.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Implement innovative approaches to enhance the team's visualization capabilities.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in business or computer sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data visualization and analytics, with a strong portfolio of successful Power BI projects
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX formulas, and custom visualizations.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

This position follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

• Base Salary Range: $88,100 to $119,000. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
