Responsibilities

  • Manage the integration of Exotec products and third-party systems on our customer warehouse, distribution and/or fulfillment sites
  • Ensure system reliability by actively participating to the commissioning process on customer sites
  • Plan, coordinate and carry out the validation test of the systems
  • Measure, improve and maintain reliability of the entire solution during all deployment phases
  • Coordinate and implement software improvements to the systems
  • Communicate directly with customers to fulfill their needs and requirements
  • Inform the operational team on project progress

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commissioning robotic systems and/or equipment, ideally in the industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing and/or logistics sectors
  • BS degree in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar field of study
  • Flexibility with travel up to 100% of working hours, both domestic and international, to client sites across North America
  • Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering with the ability to work on both mechanical troubleshooting and software configuration
  • Solid knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
  • An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability
