Data Operations Analyst

Your day-to-day:

• Ensure quality of service and fluent technical communication with our clients
• Understand, analyze and troubleshoot large scale data sets
• Coordinate directly with the development team to deliver quality solutions for client issues
• Take initiative on improving the Way of Work
• Become a learning machine and proactively learn to grow towards development/data analyst

Your skills & experience:

• Proven experience working directly with clients
• Quick and sharp IT mind
• Fluency in English
• Curious and positive mindset

Nice to have:
• Experience with Bash would be a plus
• Knowledge in any programming language would be a plus
• SQL knowledge would be a major plus

Salary:

• Gross salary: 1500 - 2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
