Title: Data Management Intern - Summer 2025
Reports to: VP of Operations and US Lead, Global Projects
Division: Operations

*Primarly reports to the Long Island City Queens Corporate Office Location

 

OVERVIEW

The Data Management intern will assist the digital migration team in administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  •  The role involves supporting the development of digital migration projects, data visualization, data cleansing and monitoring for process/enrichment errors. 
  • Assist with data management tasks, particularly data entry, assuring data accuracy, and developing data entry automation processes.
  • Analyze collected data and develop it into a format that others can easily interpret.
  • Interpret data trends and patterns as they relate to the organization.
  • Interns will assist in preparing official documents and conducting research.
  • Assist in organizing special events and meetings.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the supversior. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include computer science, statistics mathematics or related field
  • Proven experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Must be self-motivated and can work autonomously
  • Basic understanding of business operations
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Detail oriented with outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office; strong -Proficiency in excel and access a plus

 

SALARY RANGE- $16.50 per hour.

Part-time Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office required.

Anticipated to start mid June for an 8- 10 week program.
