Associate Visualization Specialist - BI

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Connect to various data sources and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power BI and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and report development.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure Data Services or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Certification in Power BI or related tools is a plus.
• Experience with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik is advantageous.
