BI Developer within Bir Ecosystem (Temporary)

PASHA Holding is looking for a talented and results-oriented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract and play a key role in building and transforming comprehensive dashboards for Ecosystem. We are seeking a candidate with a senior-level skill set — someone with strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and drive BI initiatives end-to-end. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications, designing and developing data pipelines, and creating engaging and informative visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for various stakeholders across the ecosystem (banking, marketplace, e-wallet, etc.).

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Develop SQL queries to extract relevant data from diverse data sources within the ecosystem.

• Implement data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all dashboards.

• Monitor and troubleshoot dashboard performance, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies, continuously evaluating and recommending improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and product owners.

• Document development processes and maintain clear and concise data architecture documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar role.

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with data warehousing concepts.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for data and a desire to translate it into actionable insights.
