We are seeking a highly skilled senior associate with expertise in Python, Generative AI (GenAI), Prompt Engineering, and React JS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI/ML solutions, building user-friendly web applications, and optimizing the performance of generative models. You will collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives and drive innovation.
Responsibilities     
•    Develop and implement Python-based AI/ML solutions using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
•    Apply Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and prompt engineering to optimize model performance and enhance client applications.
•    Build, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React JS, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly experiences.
•    Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•    Perform data analysis, model development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to drive data-driven business decisions.
•    Guide and mentor junior team members in AI/ML model development, React JS development, and best practices.
•    Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, Python, GenAI, React JS, and other relevant technologies.
•    Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Qualifications we seek in you!  
 Minimum qualifications 
•    Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
•    Valid years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python, GenAI, and React JS.
•    Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
•    Experience in working with Generative AI (GenAI), large language models, and prompt engineering.
•    Hands-on experience with React JS and building scalable, responsive web applications.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications    
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.  
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
•    Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus.
