Technology Strategy & Vision: Define and implement the company’s long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive innovation across cloud deployment, machine learning models, and hardware integration to maintain our competitive edge.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary technical team of 100 engineers, data scientists, and hardware specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Product Development: Oversee the development of AI-driven healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Guide the integration of AI with hardware devices for seamless user experiences.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Architect scalable cloud-based systems to support real-time health data processing and analytics. Ensure robust data protection and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
AI & Machine Learning Innovation: Spearhead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, diagnostics, and personalized healthcare solutions. Optimize AI pipelines for efficiency and performance.
Hardware Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate AI capabilities into medical devices, ensuring seamless functionality between software and hardware components.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between the technical team, executive leadership, investors, and external partners. Clearly communicate the company’s technological roadmap and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior engineering or technical leader in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in health tech or AI-driven industries.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and hardware-software integration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large technical teams across diverse disciplines.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in building scalable systems and deploying innovative technologies.
• Experience of working with solutions at large scale.
• Entrepreneurship experience is a plus.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
