Job Description: 

Role and Responsibilities:  

  • Process data (depending on the process selected for) and apply it in an accurate manner (Basic financial/accounting terminology). Collection, Standardization, and validation of profiles and industry classification of Public and Private companies from the available sources. 

  • Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.  

  • Active interaction with stakeholders and cross teams  

  • Work within parameters and with supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards. Deliver on predefined individual and team targets based on Productivity and timeliness metrics. 

  • Work closely with senior analysts and other team members to support ongoing research projects and ad-hoc data requests. 

  • Delivering accurate and defect free work  

  • Provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the respective processes.  

  • Keep up to date knowledge of content datasets 

  • Identifying the process challenges .  

  • Handling MS Excel and Word with ease on a regular basis 

What we look for:  

  • Fair understanding on a Financial and Capital market.  

  • Fair quantitative, analytical, and interpretative skills  

  • The candidate should be willing to work in rotational (including night) shifts. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedule to meet deadlines.  

  • Effective communication skills (both written & Verbal) and sound computer skills are the prerequisites for the positions.  

  • Strong research skills (Perform extensive secondary research using online databases, industry reports, academic papers, and other credible sources to gather relevant data. 

  •  Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness.  

  • Strong attention to the details and persistent approach to work  

  • Professionalism and work ethics  

 

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Graduation/Post Graduation with Finance/Commerce/Economics background and related streams 

  • Well versed with Internet searching and Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)  

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver with regards to fast deadlines.  

  • An inquisitive and investigative nature.  

  • A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail.  

  • Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a professional way
