In this role you will be responsible for the building of data foundations for SM UX perimeter.

Specifically:

• Main point of contact with business (Process Owners, Data Stewards), the Digital Product Owner gathers needs, works on priorities and ensure requirements are clear and defined before moving to technical team
• Drive actions needed at agile team level according to priorities and capabilities
• Coordinate with other digital teams (Architect, Data Officier) to ensure project progress
• Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models
• Giving guidelines for Data Engineers on building data models designed for Data
• Help determine and manage data cleaning requirements
• Help determine data security needs and implement security solutions
• Organize data models to optimize the performance and simplify the model to calculate end to end KPI’s

About you
 

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data warehouse modeling/optimization and SQL language
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functional teams to support solution of complex data architecture problems   
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to learn new data and software engineering technologies in short amount of time 
• Understanding of agile/scrum development processes and concepts 
• Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities 
• Able to work in matrix organization  
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills related to data and technology solutions 
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate ideas, concepts and solutions to peers and leaders  
• Pragmatic and capable of solving complex issues, with technical intuition and attention to detail   
• Service-oriented, flexible, and approachable team player  
• Fluent in English (Other languages a plus) 

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Modeling or relevant field  
• Experience in data modeling, data engineering, integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, business analytics, or comparable role with relevant technologies and tools (Informatica/IICS) 
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms 
• Familiar of data model requirements of PowerBi or similiar applications
• Experience in cloud-based data platforms (Informatica IISC/Snowflake is a plus) 
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational and non-relational databases technologies/concepts
