Join our Digital Accelerator Data team as a Digital Data Engineer and you can help make it happen.

The products you will work on

You will contribute to building and maintaining data solutions that support engagement with healthcare providers and patients. This includes: 

  • Assisting in the development of digital targeting platforms for personalized digital campaigns
  • Supporting the implementation of data-driven insights to improve interactions (calls, chats)
  • Helping to build recommendation systems for sales teams to enhance engagement
  • Contributing to content personalization based on user preferences

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build data solutions to answer business and product owner vision
  • Ensuring data quality by collaborating with Data Analysts and Data Scientists
  • Help on building and optimizing data models
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring they align with business requirements
  • Leveraging existing data frameworks to create standardized and scalable solutions
  • Contributing to data governance and best practices within the organization
  • Staying updated on company standards, industry trends, and new technologies

 

About you

You are a dynamic Data Engineer interested in challenging the status quo to ensure the seamless creation and operation of the data pipelines that are needed for the enterprise data and analytics initiatives following industry standard practices and tools for the betterment of our global patients and customers.

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS cloud services
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python)
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases technologies/concepts
  • Strong experience in automation tools and methodologies using Github action, Terraform
  • Experience in Data warehousing solutions (Snowflake a plus)
  • Experience on working within compliance (e.g.: quality, regulatory - data privacy, GxP, SOX) and cybersecurity requirements is a plus

 

Soft and behavioral skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
  • Service-oriented, flexible, positive team player
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative
  • Problem solving & critical thinking

 

Your background:

  • 2-4 years of experiences in a data team as Data Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus
